In 2020 things in the brand started feeling a bit off for me. I noticed that I was less excited to share my website with potential clients ... even though we have an Instagram following 20K strong, I stopped posting on social media because I didn't quite know what to say ... I was feeling uncertain about what type clients I wanted our team to work with.
I wasn't sure what was wrong.
Turns out, we had outgrown our clients. The clients who had powered us through the first years in the business, were not the type of clients that were going to propel us through our next level.
As a CEO I needed to give myself a loving-smackdown.
We needed a rebrand.
So we overhauled everything - designed a new logo, rebuilt our website, redesigned client documents, upgraded our social media presence and got crystal clear on our brand positioning & messaging.
Oh, and then we doubled our prices.
What came next was nothing short of remarkable.
Within the first month of re-launching our brand we booked 7 new clients and had our first $50K month.
The power of branding is real.
Update for 2022: We've now hit the $400K mark and are on pace to scale to a 7-figure brand this year!
